Raj Restaurant (“Raj”) was founded on very strong principles encompassing vegetarianism, the beliefs and practices of vegetarians. The word ‘vegetarian’ comes from the Latin word ‘vegetus,’ meaning ‘whole, sound or fresh.’ True to its founding principles, wholesome, sound and the freshest ingredients are used in magical mixes, by some of the most talented, trained and experienced chefs, to bring you the very best cuisine from the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western parts of India.

Most of the items in the extensive menu can be served mild or spicy, without garlic or onion, to suit the different taste buds and wants of our multi-national customers.
